Must-read rules

  • Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s).
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Outside food is not allowed.

Guest profile

  • Unmarried couples are allowed.

ID proof

  • Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s).
  • Local IDs are not allowed.

Smoking & alcohol

  • There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption.
  • Smoking within the premises is allowed.

Food arrangement

  • Non-vegetarian food is allowed.
  • Outside food is not allowed.
  • Food delivery service is not available at the property.

Property accessibility

  • This property is not accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Please make arrangements accordingly.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • There are no pets living on the property.

Other rules

  • Private parties or events are allowed.

Child & extra-bed policy

  • An extra bed can be provided for any child included in the booking, charged at the property:
  • • ₹3,000 per child for an extra mattress (paid at the property).
  • • ₹300 per child for an extra sofa-cum-bed (paid at the property).
  • An extra bed can be provided for any additional guest included in the booking, charged at the property:
  • • ₹3,000 per guest for an extra mattress (paid at the property).

These house rules form part of our Terms & Conditions. Charges marked “paid at the property” are collected at check-in and are separate from your online booking total.
